Dr. Guenther Dobrauz

Guenther Dobrauz is a Partner at PwC Zurich and Leader of PwC Legal Switzerland where he and his team are building the law firm of the future. Every day. He also is one of seven members of PwC’s Global Legal Leadership Team and PwC Legal’s Global LegalTech Leader. Prior to this he was a successful Venture Capitalist, served as in-house counsel at an international hedge fund and practised in court and with a leading business law firm. Guenther holds a PhD in law from Johannes Kepler University (Austria), an MBA from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) and has completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School.

He is the author of 10 books mostly on investment law and regulation but also of “Making Money out of Technology” (2003), “Uptake Revisited: How Innovative Products succeed in International Markets” (2007) and “New Suits. Appetite for Disruption in the Legal World” (2019). He is actively involved in numerous ventures and lectures at various universities. Guenther is also the host of the educational video series „Appetite for Disruption“ (www.appetitefordisruption.tv), the founder of global technology enthusiasts movement Disruption Disciples, Co-Host of Legal Hackers Zurich, and a permanent member of expert groups at economiesuisse, the Swiss Fund and Asset Management Association and the Swiss Fintech Innovation Association.

Nathan Doctor

Nathan Doctor is the Founding Partner of Infinite Capital, a crypto asset investment firm. As a firm they invest thematically across DeFi and crypto networks. Having invested early in many top 50 cryptocurrencies and top 10 DeFi projects, the firm actively operates in the protocols they invest in. Nathan has been investing in crypto since Bitcoin in 2013, developing an ability to anticipate crypto native use-cases.

David Drake

David Drake is Founder and Chairman at LDJ Capital, a multi-family office with 50+ directors and family office partners globally. LDJ Capital serves as a gateway to access this extended network of worldwide funds managing trillions in assets. It is the holding company for Victoria Partners, a 500 family office network based in London; LDJ Real Estate Group; and The Soho Loft Media Group.

LDJ Capital’s Capital Market division now serves private firms and public firms listed in Europe, MENA, Asia, or the Americas, who want to go public in the US via NYSE or NASDAQ. Currently, M&As and IPOs of innovation firms with $200M-$700M market cap are leading LDJ Capital’s public market work.

David has invested both as a GP and LP in fund-of-funds, realty funds, VC funds, and hedge funds. He has been involved in social impact investments in private equity and public equity for 25 years. In 2009-2010, he held a majority stake as a Managing Partner with Robert Hambrecht in the alternative energy fund New Commons Capital. Recent investments are in fintech, technology, media and telecommunications, and his NYC luxury corporate housing and hotel acquisitions led to his work now in New York realty.

David is considered as a leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency. He saw the value of digital assets before it became popular. It all started in 2011 when David collaborated on the JOBS Act to create new laws underlying all fundraising in the U.S. Because of his leading work in this space, he represented the US Commerce Department at the EU Commission in Brussels and Rome in 2012 and was invited to the White House Champions of Change ceremony in Washington, D.C. and as a speaker at the UK Parliament in 2013. He also runs a $200M LDJ Cayman Fund focused on cryptocurrency, payment processing, and blockchain acquisitions.

Gordon Einstein

Gordon Einstein is a hybrid Crypto-Attorney, Technologist, and Enterprise Strategist. Gordon received his undergraduate degree in Politics in 1991 from Brandeis University in Boston and then received his JD in 1995 from the USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles. Gordon is also a proud Eagle Scout, having served in Boy Scout Troop 223.

Initially Gordon’s law practice centered on startup, venture capital, investment banking, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and general business law. As an avid computer and programming hobbyist, in 2012 Gordon was intrigued by Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and the related technologies. By 2014, he was providing legal services to several individuals and companies operating in this space. And by 2016 the majority of Gordon’s law practice involved working with crypto, blockchain and FinTech startups and funds, including as Chief Legal Officer of Distributed Lab. The practice was formalized as CryptoLaw Partners in 2017.

Gordon frequently speaks and educates both in the United States and internationally. Some common themes are issues and developments relating to cryptocurrency, the legal aspects of FinTech, structuring blockchain startups, ICOs, and AML/KYC compliance.

Noëlle Gahan

Over 25 years of proven success in growing technology businesses while in marketing, business development and communications roles across Asia-Pacific and the world, with leading PR agencies Fleishman-Hillard and BCW (for Huawei), as well as technology multinationals Cisco, Tektronix and Hewlett Packard/Agilent, where she held senior in-house roles responsible for strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing and building partnerships. Emmanuelle Ganne

Emmanuelle Ganne is Senior Analyst in the Economic Research and Statistics Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO) where she leads WTO work on Blockchain. She is the author of a recently published WTO book entitled “Can Blockchain Revolutionize International Trade?”. Ms. Ganne is also WTO’s lead on micro, small and medium size enterprises. Prior to this, she held the position of Vice-President and Managing Director for Europe at the Allam Advisory Group (AAG), a team of former C-level executives and senior diplomats that specializes in helping businesses expand their operations globally. Before joining AAG, Ms. Ganne held various positions at the WTO, including as Counselor to Director-General Pascal Lamy, and in the Accessions Division where she assessed trade policies of governments wishing to join the WTO and advised them on how to improve their business environment. Before joining the WTO in 2002, Ms. Ganne worked for the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development, putting in place the Stability Pact Anti-Corruption Initiative, which assisted South Eastern European states to curb corruption. Ms. Ganne is a 2009 Yale World Fellow.

Dr. Michael Gebert

Dr. Michael Gebert is Chairman and founding member of the European Blockchain Association, that combines, synchronizes and leverages blockchain-related activities of European corporations, startups, venture capitalists, and scientific institutes. With more than 25 years of experience, Michael is a believer, entrepreneur and doer, discovering the trends of tomorrow already today. He believes in a bright future and our ability to built it together.
After his studies of economics in Munich, Michael started his career at LTX in Boston. Two years later he returned to Germany to be an early employee of Compuserve. 1995 he founded his first company Global Login, to consult banks to manage and understand the challenges of the digital transformation. After a successful trade-sale of his first Start-Up, he founded AdMaster Networks, a European digital advertising powerhouse and sold the entity to be part of a joint entity named ArboMedia, going public at the Neuen Markt 2001. Michael was 2002 one of the early experts to understand the implication of wireless broadband ( WLAN ) for the digital transformation and served as VP for ComFone in Berne, a joint venture of Swisscom and Vodafone to established WLAN as part of a serviced integrated product portfolio for tear one mobile operators around the world. In that time he founded and established the Wireless Broad Awards – a bi-annual award show in Dubai and London – that should later be integrated into the WBA Alliance, the world´s largest alliance of WLAN operators. Driven by innovation, Michael has shifted his focus till then to understand the risks and chances of crowd-based phenomenas, like CrowdSourcing, CrowdInnovation and Crowdfunding. Michael is founding board member of the CrowdSourcing Association and the German CrowdFounding Network. He serves as an adviser for the EU Commission in the CrowdFunding Stakeholder Group in Brussels and a nominated member of the TAB Begleitkreis „Digitale Arbeit“ for the Deutschen Bundestag. Michael is Chairman of the European Blockchain Association, that combines, synchronizes and leverages blockchain-related activities of European corporations, startups, venture capitalists, and scientific institutes.

Anton Golub

Anton Golub is the founder and CEO of flovtec, a Swiss liquidity provider with the purpose to unlock digital assets. Anton is also a co-founder of Trust Square AG, a pre-eminent blockchain technology hub located in Zurich’s financial district. Anton co-founded Lykke Corp, a semi-decentralized exchange to trade all assets with zero fees. Prior to Lykke, he worked as a quantitative researcher at Olsen Ltd, an asset management firm that pioneered the field of computerized trading. As a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Manchester Business School, Anton worked on high-frequency trading, market microstructure and flash crashes. In 2012, he was appointed to be part of the Foresight Project – The Future of Computer Trading in Financial Markets, an international project on algorithmic trading funded by HM Treasury in the UK. Anton has also been involved in several research projects backed by the European Union (EU) and he is currently in the Supervisory Board for the BigDataFinance project funded through Horizon 2020, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. He has co-authored 13 academic papers and two books.

Yifan He

Yifan He, the founder and CEO of Red Date Technology, obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY at Stony Brook and MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. He founded his first internet company in 1998 and started equity investment since 2005. Mr. He has over 20 years of experience and expertise in the fields of information technology, investment and corporate management. Red Date Technology currently serves as the vice chair of the BSN Development Association. As a founding member, Mr. He is the executive director of the association.

Joshua Ho

Josh is a lawyer and entrepreneur. He has built e-commerce businesses globally with Rocket Internet, launched ride-sharing ecosystems like Uber and GO-JEK across the Asia Pacific and is a seed-stage tech investor in frontier markets and verticals.

An early investor in cryptocurrencies, he is currently Co-Founder of QCP Capital – a digital asset trading firm based in Singapore.
