Dr. Waishun Lo
Dr. Waishun Lo is currently General Partner of DL Capitals (點亮資本), an angel investment fund focusing on disruptive and exponential technologies. He is also Adjunct faculty of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (MSc/Entrepreneurship/ IT Management, EMBA/Innovation, OneMBA/Entrepreneurship), and Visiting Professor of PKU (School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship).
His expertise and current interests include Intellectual Property Commercialization, Business Models Innovation and Technology Transfer.
His previous experience includes positions with Bell Labs, Cable & Wireless Innovation, Hong Kong Telecom, and S Venture, an early stage investment company. He had served as Board of Directors for two listed companies in Hong Kong, as panel of assessors of SERAP (Small Entrepreneurs Research Assistance Program), and as Director of the Young Entrepreneurs Development Council.
Dr. Lo was a Senior Researcher at Harvard Business School’s (HBS) Asia-Pacific Research Center. He had conducted many consulting projects for institutions and PE funds such as HK Government (regulatory policy), IFC of World Bank (Investment strategy in China), Intellectual Ventures (Invention Network) and had advised many startups in the past.
He holds BSc and Mphil from CUHK, a Ph.D. from Brown University, and has executive management training from INSEAD.

Emi Lorincz
Emi’s professional background has ranged from corporate finance to aircraft financing and later to commodity trading. Since 2017 her focus has been directed towards the ever evolving world of start-ups around digital assets and blockchain technology.
Bringing a wealth of work experience from the traditional markets and the field of cryptocurrencies, she enjoys combining these two worlds to help companies benefit from both.

Julian Low

Brian Lio
Brian is the founder and CEO of Smith + Crown. He is the Chief Research Adviser to the Digital Chamber of Commerce’s Token Alliance and a Fellow at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. Previously, he founded the Bright Iron Group, a design, strategy and user experience consultancy based in NYC and has held positions at Microsoft and DDB.

With a dedicated team of professionals at Macey & Sons, Jonathan provides comprehensive services for art investors worldwide, specialising in Art Valuations and Private Sales including but not limited to Fine Art, Antique Silver, Classic Watches and Clocks, Vintage Jewellery and Diamonds.

Aly Madhavji
Aly Madhavji 穆亚霖 is the Managing Partner at Blockchain Founders Fund which invests in and venture builds top-tier startups. He is a Limited Partner on Loyal VC and Draper Goren Holm. Aly consults organizations on emerging technologies such as INSEAD and the UN on solutions to help alleviate poverty. He is a Senior Blockchain Fellow at INSEAD and was recognized as a “Blockchain 100” Global Leader by Lattice80.
He is an internationally acclaimed author, publishing three books and a monthly columnist for the leading blockchain magazine. Aly serves as a board member of CryptoStar Corp. (TSXV: CSTR) and has served on various advisory boards including the University of Toronto’s Governing Council, which manages a $2.5B budget. He is a mentor with Chinaccelerator, an elite accelerator program operated by the venture fund SOSV with $700M+ AUM and the Mobile Only Accelerator (MOX).
Aly holds a Master of Global Affairs as a Schwarzman Scholar from Tsinghua University (清华大学), a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD (Singapore and France), and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Toronto.
