Charlie Lee

Charlie Lee is the creator of Litecoin, popular alternative currency to Bitcoin. He serves as the managing director of the Litecoin Foundation. As of July 2013, he also worked for Coinbase. Prior to joining Coinbase, he spent 6 years at Google working on YouTube Mobile, Chrome OS, and the Google Play Games platform. Charlie earned a Bachelors and Masters degree in electrical engineering and computer science from M.I.T.

Dr David Chung JP

Dr Chung is the Under Secretary for Innovation and Technology, assisting the Secretary for Innovation and Technology in strengthening the cooperation with the industry, academia and the research sector, fostering development of innovation and technology to promote development of high-end manufacturing industry as well as enhancing nurture of innovation and technology talents with an aim to create a vibrant ecosystem for innovation and technology. He has almost 30 years of experience in information technology strategic management and entrepreneurship development. Dr Chung worked as Chief Technology Officer at Cyberport Management Company Limited, responsible for taking forward its core mission on IT infrastructure, industry collaboration and incubation platforms for IT entrepreneurs. He also assisted in setting up the first Micro Fund Scheme in HK for young information and communications technology entrepreneurs. Dr Chung was a winner of the “China Top 5 CIO Award” in 2013.

Daniel Schwartzkopff

Daniel Schwartzkopff is currently a board member of Quantfury and the CEO of Invictus Capital, a natively digital asset management platform he co-founded with the vision to democratize investment access. Invictus Capital leverages existing public blockchain rails to bring tokenized funds, in a variety of asset classes, to a new, global generation of investor. Invictus Capital’s Hyperion fund served as the lead investor in Quantfury, the fastest-growing global, multi-asset trading platform using cryptocurrencies.
Daniel is a serial entrepreneur and previously founded several other ventures, such as DataProphet, a World Economic Forum 2019 Tech Pioneer that develops artificial intelligence solutions for manufacturing. It has a prestigious list of clients, including BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
His involvement in the DLT sector began in 2014 when he launched the world’s first licensed bitcoin sports betting platform, which was subsequently acquired by Cloudbet. He has been featured in everything from CNBC and Forbes to the Wall Street Journal. He holds an honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.

Tom Trowbridge

Tom Trowbridge is President at Triterras, Former President at Hedera Hashgraph, and Former President of the Hedera Hashgraph Council. Prior to joining HHC, Trowbridge started and ran the New York office for UK -based Odey Asset Management. Before Odey, Tom held various positions at Lombard Odier, Atticus Capital and Goldman Sachs. He started his career in 1996 as an investment banker in the telecom group at Bear, Stearns & Co., and subsequently spent three and and a half years at the telecom and media private equity firm Alta Communications where he executed 10 deals in technology, telecom and media and served on served on two boards. Tom has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Ben Goertzel

Dr. Ben Goertzel is the founder and CEO of SingularityNET, a blockchain-based AI marketplace. Dr. Goertzel is also the Chief Scientist of Hanson Robotics, a Hong Kong-based engineering and robotics firm that is best known for their development of humanlike robots with AI. His research work encompasses artificial general intelligence, natural language processing, cognitive science, data mining, machine learning, computational finance, bioinformatics, virtual worlds and gaming and other areas. He has published a dozen scientific books, 100+ technical papers, and numerous journalistic articles. Before entering the software industry he served as a university faculty in several departments of mathematics, computer science, and cognitive science, in the US, Australia, and New Zealand.
